1. **Payment Method**: We currently only accept **cash or credit card payments in person** at our rental counter. Online prepayment is not available.
2. **Order Confirmation**: After completing your booking, please contact the customer service of your selected pickup location to confirm your reservation details.
3. **Pickup Requirements**: You will need to present your booking confirmation, valid driver’s license, passport, and International Driving Permit (if applicable) at the counter when you pick up the vehicle.
4. **Full Payment**: The total rental amount must be paid in full on-site before you can receive the car.
